My Edmonton is a website and iPhone application that gives you instant access to much of the information about the City of Edmonton. You can:
- Find out current news and local city events. Add events directly into your iPhone's calendar and add custom alerts.

- Its assessed home value
- Its year built
- Your ward and city councilor, as well as information about contacting them. Call them or email them direct from within the iPhone app!
- Your garbage collection schedule. Register for email or push notifications, and never miss a garbage day again!
Additionally, because the app knows your home's position, My Edmonton can help you:
- Find your nearest school, community league, library, park, or any of 10 other amenities
- Find your nearest bus stops, as well as routes and schedules.
- Identify road closures near your home.

Hey Scott! I use MyEdmonton all the time for the push notices for garbage collection. They stopped qt the end of May – I assume you haven’t put the new schedule in yet. Please do!

Hi Jane! Sorry about that… the city, instead of updating the same datasource, created a new one, which I’ve since incorporated into the app. Your notifications should start this week.
